AGIS NOVA PRO controllers have a construction that is completely different from other modern platforms from other manufacturers. The electronic filling of the AGIS NOVA PRO series controllers is distinguished by the fact that they use only fast processors that quickly and efficiently perform the necessary algorithm calculations for gas cylinder equipment systems. This feature, in turn, ensures correct and fast communication with the petrol controller in real time. The controller is designed to work with sequential injection systems with simultaneous data exchange from the car's ECU using OBDII/EOBD protocols. Thanks to this, the LPG controller has the ability to diagnose errors of the petrol controller, and also enables the correction of the mixture when powered by alternative fuel. The gas installation with this controller always doses gas in the right amount thanks to constant monitoring of the mixture composition using OBDII protocols. Thanks to these features of the controller, the engine always works at the correct settings and with exhaust gas values similar to gasoline. Currently, the user can use the following CAN protocols (11 and 29 bits) and the ISO 15765-4, ISO 91141-2 and ISO14230 (KWP 2000) protocols. Thanks to all the above features of the controller operation, the gas mixture burns properly in all operating ranges and at every engine load.

The AGIS NOVA PRO controller, after the initial calibration of the engine without load, does not require collecting petrol and gas maps on the road, this type of calibration is innovative and currently unique on the market of gas installations. In most cases, the most common vehicles, it is enough for the proper functioning of the gas combustion system. In AGIS NOVA PRO, the gas injector heating algorithm has also been changed, which allows gas to flow even at extremely low temperatures without an error message and gas supply cut-off. In addition to preparing the injectors for operation, the heating algorithm makes it possible to turn off the supply of cold gas from the low pressure circuit. AGIS NOVA PRO has improved diagnostic procedures aimed at detecting abnormalities in the injector signal and acceptable voltage values - detecting incorrect operation of the gas injector coil.
